The Bell Media team creates and delivers the best Canadian and international content across our digital media, television, radio, and out-of-home advertising platforms. Responsabilities:

  • Schedule the multiplatform content in the appropriate CMS, according to the strategy determined by the merchandising team
  • Help elaborate the nonlinear programming strategies (collections, new releases, last chance, collections, events, etc.)
  • Build out program content in the web CMS «Ace» to display the content across multiple platforms (site, apps, connected devices, etc.)
  • Coordinate with different internal departments to ensure material and metadata is properly entered into the CMS on time
  • Maintain reports on the inventory (tracking and planning) 
  • Collaborate with the Bell Media teams across Canada to optimize the content strategy
  • Other connected tasks

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passionate about television
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the fields of television, distribution or non-linear/digital content environments
  • Knowledge or interest in the traditional TV market and OTT landscape
  • Experience working with a web CMS an asset
  • Fluent in French and English, written and spoken
  • High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools, especially Excel
  • Keen sense of judgement, organizational skills and rigor
  • Team spirit and collaboration skills, enthusiasm and flexibility
  • Aptitude for team work, an ease of collaborating with colleagues from different teams and hierarchies and flexibility 
  • Strong ability to coordinate projects in a media environment: ability to manage multiple projects at once, prioritize and propose solutions
  • Adaptability, demonstrate change-management skills and capacity to work under pressure are essentials

  • Job status: Regular - Full time
  • Hour of work: Monday to Friday, daytime schedule. Overtime as required
  • Work location: 1717 René-Lévesque E. Blvd, Montreal

 

Bilingualism is  required (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
