  • Manage, maintain, monitor, and optimize the production, staging, and development environments including Linux servers (RedHat/Ubuntu) hosted in Openstack and CaaS services (Docker Swarm/Kubernetes)
  • Manage, maintain, monitor, and optimize the management tools used to manage the environments (ELK, Gitlab, Nexus, NewRelic, Swagger, RedHat Satellite, etc.)
  • Ensure the availability, scalability, performance, en efficiency of all environments including daily operations and activities related to projects
  • Develop automation tools and components in order to improve system deployment, configuration, and monitoring
  • Support and help Digital Media teams with the integration of CI/CD processes and security policies and best practices
  • Support and help Digital Media teams with migrating traditional infrastructure configuration toward automated infrastructure as code.
  • Establish strategies in logs analytics for operational efficiency and security analytics
  • Provide adequate documentation of operations, practices, and processes.


Required competencies:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Expertise with Linux operating systems (RHEL, Ubuntu)
  • Expertise with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Gitlab-CI, etc.)
  • Expertise with orchestration and containerization tools (Docker Swarm, Kubernetes)
  • Expertise with configuration management tools (Ansible)
  • Experience with scripting for automation (Bash, Pearl, Python)
  • Experience with the Elasticsearch stack (Logstash, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Beats)
  • Experience with cloud infrastructures (Openstack, AWS)
  • Experience with the delivery of secure, fault tolerant, and highly-available systems
  • Hands-on experience with APM tools (NewRelic)
  • Solid comprehension of networking, storage, and system administration and security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Open-mindedness and willingness to discover new technologies
  • Bilingual (English and French)

Bilingualism is required (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
