Reporting to the Senior Manager, digital products, the Digital Content Manager is responsible for the programming, editing and integration of the content on website(s) under his/her responsibility. The main mandate is to grow traffic stats and increase video consumption by offering a unique content experience to the target audience.



  • In collaboration with stakeholders, determine the priorities and the editorial calendar of website(s) under his/her responsibility.
  • Promote content on our social media pages.
  • Support the Sales and Creative Media teams on the execution of the web components of commercial projects.
  • Work closely with Programming, Communications, Marketing to ensure TV shows gets optimal promotion on the web.
  • Publish videos.
  • Publish new content on social medias pages, with catchy liners.
  • Lead and supervise content providers and freelancers in the creation of original content, text, photos and videos.
  • Program, edit and integrate articles, photos and videos on our websites, and optimize the content for SEO.
  • Write catchy headlines and teasers, meant to attract users to the site and build loyalty.
  • Create photo galleries, quiz, video extracts and other types of content.
  • Track and analyze the performance of the content to ensure it contributes to grow traffic stats and increase video consumption, and develop programming strategies accordingly.



Qualification,Competences and Experience:

  • College or University Degree and few years of experience for a digital media.
  • Seasoned user of content management systems (CMS), with a solid understanding of social media and SEO.
  • Some experience in video production and post-production.
  • Always on the lookout for trends, lifestyle and odd news, and has a good editorial sense.
  • Keen interest for local and international cultural news, TV shows, show business, etc.
  • Journalistic experience or in a news room (a plus).
  • Proven skills in problem solving and able to learn and adapt within changing environments.
  • Positive attitude towards teamwork and excellent communication skills.
  • Being open to a flexible work schedule, based on editorial and property’s needs.
  • Strong organization skills, rigorous and result driven.
  • Creative and resourceful.
  • Fluent in French, spoken and written. Ability to read and speak in English.




Bilingualism is required (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
