The Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Digital HR – Learning Consultant who is a positive, creative and collaborative team player with strong problem solving skills. The  Digital HR – Learning Consultant will be responsible for supporting mainly the Learning Management System and helping with the Collaboration/SAP JAM system (20%-10% of the time) to drive simplicity, ease of use and improve people performance.

 

Reporting to the Senior Consultant Digital HR, this person uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and solution expertise to effectively leverage the technology into the client's business environment in order to achieve client expected business results. This position includes promotion of the tool, administrator & external vendor management, end-user support, planning, analysis, configuration, testing pre and post releases and support.

 

Other SuccessFactors e-HR system projects may also become part of your portfolio as needed.  Bell is currently using SuccessFactors for Collaboration/JAM, Learning, Performance, Talent, Succession, Recruitment, Job posting and Onboarding.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take accountability for selected key elements of the work plan for Bell’s implementation, including gap analysis, testing, configuration, etc.
  • Identify and propose system/process enhancements that drive simplicity, ease of use.
  • Research and summarize industry best practices to direct high impact project selections that will help keep Bell at the forefront of employee engagement and retention.
  • Perform key business analysis tasks on projects to ensure project scope and deliverables will achieve required business impacts.
  • Manage prioritized projects through implementation driving desired business results on time and on budget.
  • Collaborate with Learning and Engagement team to assist with training initiatives and various tasks to ensure system and program success.
  • Partner with numerous internal module primes, client groups, and external vendor partners to meet training needs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of procedures and methods to ensure proper business continuity.
  • Assist with bi-annual mandatory SuccessFactors releases.
  • Assist with the selection and implementation of optional functionality that can drive desired business change.
  • Partner with vendors (learning and system oriented) to ensure optimal systems and program success.
  • Troubleshoot integration and data issues in partnership with IT business analyst as needed.
  • Provide input and expertise into the configuration of the SuccessFactors Learning module as needed.
  • Produce and maintain relevant metrics reports for our team and Organizational Development team.
  • Submit and manage tickets to SuccessFactors as required.
  • Perform Learning Administration tasks as required.

 

Critical Competencies:

  • 2-5 years of experience with Learning Management System configuration, implementation, administration and support (SuccessFactors, Plateau, Taleo, etc.)
  • 2-5 years’ experience as business analyst for learning development projects (SuccessFactors, Plateau, Taleo, etc.).
  • Proven large-scale project management and leadership skills, success in supporting organization-wide implementations moving quickly from concepts to execution bringing stakeholders along with appropriate communication & change management
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
  • Excellent written and presentation skills with colleagues, clients, vendors and executives.
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills…curiosity and creativity to create and find solutions.
  • Organized, disciplined and autonomous – someone who knows how to problem solve with little guidance.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability in performing multiple tasks.
  • Identify areas where automation can improve administrator tasks and save time.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to collaborate through engagement from internal clients and external partners.
  • Bilingualism (English and French)

 

Preferred Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, HR, Organizational Development, HRIS, HRIT, or related field of study
  • Advanced experience with SuccessFactors LMS module
