On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the President, Bell Sovereign Platforms and National AI Consortium and his team of executives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and supporting strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the President and his executive team
- Prepare and organize briefing materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
- Team Coordination:
- Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Support departmental communications, including drafting correspondence and announcements.
- Assist with onboarding and administrative needs for team members.
- Operational Excellence:
- Strong Business Acumen: Ability to understand organizational goals, align administrative support with business objectives, and make sound, context-aware decisions.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Demonstrated capability to manage highly sensitive communications and handle confidential inbox triage with the utmost professionalism.
- Legal Document Review: Proficiency in reading, reviewing, and analyzing basic legal agreements to identify critical details and discrepancies.
- Track and manage deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups for key projects.
- Process expense reports and monitor budget-related activities as required.
Critical Qualifications
- Education: Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment.
- Skills:
- Fully bilingual
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
