Bell’s Field Services team is proud to be the face of the Bell brand, performing the best installation and repair services and maintaining Bell’s network for our residential and business customers.




The work force management software development team is responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting field services control center applications and reports.

Our team work closely with control center and field managers to discover opportunities, increase synergy and improve productivity by providing application solution.

  • Gather and review business specification and translate into functional design for front-end application solution
  • Work closely with stakeholders to design and develop Web application (forms) interface, scorecards, dashboards and interface in between (API)
  • Leverage application team common libraries, coding standards and apply industry best practice
  • Deploy application in IIS environment, understand and follow corporate implementation processes and security rules
  • Analyze and optimize code for optimal resources usage
  • Provide estimate, work breakdown structure (WBS) and progress status
  • Create and conduct scenarios for functional and integration unit testing in different environment
  • User guides creation, post deployment application support, fix and enhancement
  • Participate to application support duty tour
  • Identify application issues, solutions and fixes



  • At least 5 years strong experience in ASP.NET and/or .NET Core
  • Strong experience with C#, VB.NET, Ajax, Javascript, CSS, Bootstrap and JQuery
  • Experience with SQL queries
  • Experience with version control repository (Team Foundation or Git)
  • Communication skills, team collaboration, documented and well organized
  • College/Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent related project experience




Other beneficial skills:

  • Experience with Python programming
  • Knowledge of BI (Business Intelligence) OLAP environment and application OLTP
  • Experience with MDX / OLAP Cube queries
  • Database objects modeling
  • Experience with IIS application features and deployments
  • Experience with DevOps practice





Bilingualism is required (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
