Position:  Main Coordinator, Sales TV, Bell Media

Location: 1800 McGill College, Montreal, Qc.

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide quality service to direct clients and advertising agencies that are assigned to you by the Operational Manager
  • Serve as liaison with the agencies/clients with respect to changes to proposals and/or contracts, and for follow-up on campaigns that are on air
  • Reposition commercials that were not broadcast during the original programs
  • Make required revisions to the campaigns when needed
  • Keep client files up to date
  • Monitor the performance of on-air campaigns.
  • Maximize the use of unsold inventory.
  • Communicate with Toronto sales coordinator team – Must make information available to them.
  • Participate in the development and improvement of certain processes.
  • Ensure the application of established procedures by team.
  • Prepare/edit memory aide sheets.
  • Support Sales Account Managers
  • Support Sales Coordinators
  • Coach and train
  • Link between CTB5 Traffic department and TV sales team
  • Work close with the Director

 

Qualifications:

  • Educational background in administration/marketing/communication or similar
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite and ease of learning new softwares
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Works well under pressure
  • Shows intiative, judgement and autonomy
  • Able to prioritize work and respect deadlines
  • Strong communications skills
  • Professional integrity, respect and ethics

 

Preferred Qualications :

  • Experience in customer service, publicity and communications or media (an asset)

 

Additional information:

  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 9h00AM to 5H00PM, availability to work overtime if needed

 

Bilingualism is required (English and French)
