Description:

The work force management software development team is responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting field services control center applications and reports.

Our team work closely with control center and field managers to discover opportunities, increase synergy and improve productivity by providing application solution.

Responsabilities:

  • Lead application development team by determining personal objectives and guidelines, motivation them through challenges, provide them feedback and coaching on regular basis
  • Coordinate assignments on projects and support task, work schedules for duty tour, administrative tasks, team standards and best practices
  • Prepare your team development path by looking at what individually they aspire and/or stand out their potentials
  • Provide work structure, align priorities, assure respect to established deadlines and supervise application implementation
  • Be involved in projects planning meetings by proposing optimal team members assignment strategy
  • Partner with frontline managers and peers to improve customer experience by finding new application development or enhancement opportunities
  • Actively work on improving team best practice, methodologies, technologies integration and team procedures documentation
  • Be available to assist your team member during application support hour

 

 

Requirements:

  • Staff management and performance evaluation skills and experience
  • Project management and software development life cycle skills and experience
  • Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork, problem-solving, curiosity and empathy
  • Strong organizational and change management skills
  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycle
  • Experience in leading or developing with SQL Server, Java and .NET Web application
  • Experience with project management system like JIRA
  • University degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

 

 

Other beneficial skills:

  • Experience in windows servers management
  • Experience as programmer
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology

Bilingualism is required (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
