Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Entertainment Marketing, the incumbent is responsible for managing large-scale marketing projects and developing content and social media strategies for our entertainment brands, Noovo and Crave. As a strategic reference for the team, this person plays a key role in achieving our business objectives and directly contributes to the visibility of our brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evolve content and social media strategies for our brands, defining editorial guidelines, content pillars, and strategic calendars.
- Supervise and support a team of specialists in the planning, execution, and optimization of initiatives on digital platforms.
- Manage end-to-end multidisciplinary marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the delivery and success of campaigns.
- Analyze the performance of content, campaigns, and social platforms; formulate recommendations and prepare reports for management to guide future decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and best practices to continuously innovate and optimize our approaches.
Critical Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, content strategy, social media, or brand management.
- Significant experience in developing content and social media strategies for consumer brands, ideally in the entertainment industry.
- Proven experience in team management and influential leadership.
- In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada.
- Solid understanding of digital ecosystems, social platforms, and their performance indicators.
- Solid general knowledge of the Quebec artistic, cultural, and television landscape.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and collaborative skills.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Knowledge of Monday.com is an asset.
- A strong interest in new technologies and artificial intelligence.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
