Reports to: Director of Acquisitions, Entertainment, Factual and Strategic Watch  



  • Helping to seek out promising television content, and making recommendations in order to fulfill the strategic priorities of Bell Media’s various platforms
  • Monitoring industry and competitive trends to inform strategic reflection on channel programming
  • Developing a tool accessible by programming team members to convey the information gathered from monitoring, which will serve to guide strategic priorities
  • Writing reports, preparing and, if necessary, presenting the results of monitoring to the programming department




  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Ability to exercise critical judgment, and strong analytical and deductive skills
  • Good knowledge of the Quebec, Canadian and international television markets
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience in media
  • Proficiency in the use of computer tools (Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook)
