Report to: Senior Manager, Brand Partnerships

Role Overview

Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Brand Partnerships, the Multiplatform Producer serves as a subject matter expert in content production and multiplatform product development. The incumbent contributes to the design, feasibility assessment, and execution of content campaigns and commercial production initiatives while ensuring process optimization, cost efficiency, and high-quality deliverables.

 

The role works closely with strategy, commercialization, and project management teams, as well as internal and external partners, to deliver innovative, effective, and business-aligned creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1.Production Expertise & Content Development

    • Serve as a subject matter expert in multiplatform production (video, digital, audio, and social media)
    • Evaluate the technical and financial feasibility of content initiatives and integrations
    • Develop new formats, products, and commercial opportunities in collaboration with internal teams
    • Monitor production trends, innovations, and industry best practices

 

2.Production & Partner Management

    • Identify, engage, and manage production suppliers and partners (internal and external)
    • Negotiate production costs and agreements with talent and agencies
    • Ensure cost optimization in accordance with established production standards and rate structures
    • Recommend creative and efficient production solutions that meet client needs

 

3.Team Support for Commercialization & Brand Partnership Projects

    • Collaborate with Project Managers in the planning and execution of initiatives
    • Contribute to the management of timelines, budgets, and deliverables
    • Support invoicing and billing activities related to production projects
    • Act as the primary point of contact for projects involving production, talent, or third-party partners
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to assess concepts from a production perspective (costs, feasibility, talent requirements)
    • Develop detailed and realistic production budgets, including contingency allowances
    • Define production costs for various integration opportunities
    • Evaluate special projects and multiplatform extensions within creative requests

4.Process Standardization & Optimization

    • Establish and maintain effective cross-functional workflows
    • Standardize processes, advertising formats, tools, and production parameters across platforms
    • Document and structure best practices to facilitate efficient project execution

 

5.Large-Scale Project Management

    • Lead major or complex projects from planning through execution
    • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including marketing, content, production, and partners
    • Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables
    • Participate in talent negotiations when required
    • Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, effectively, and with a solution-oriented approach

Critical Qualifications

  • Expertise in multiplatform production (TV, digital, social, and audio)
  • Strong understanding of the advertising market and branded content
  • Excellent analytical skills (budgeting, feasibility assessment, and optimization)
  • Influential leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative, solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • High level of rigor, autonomy, and proactivity
  • Knowledge of English required: Maintaining professional relationships with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada is critical to this position. Strong communication skills in both French and English.

Position Objective

To contribute to the creation and delivery of innovative, profitable, and business-aligned multiplatform content solutions while optimizing production processes and maximizing value for partners and clients.

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
