Summary

Reporting to the Manager, Digital Signage Architecture, the Operations Coordinator will support the Digital Signage Architecture, the projects/construction and the maintenance teams. A cross-functional position involving preparation, coordination and field support for new deployments/changes of our products, as well as a quality assurance participation on the project and it's entirety.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the implementation of the digital signage architecture solutions
  • Support specialists during equipment installations 
  • Document, support and track requests related to the digital signage architecture
  • Follow up with various vendors and partners related to the project
  • Document procedures, new products and train digital signage, maintenance specialists
  • Ensure inventory consistency of production equipment across systems
  • Field work/support during installation or maintenance of digital signage products
  • Active participation in quality assurance of all related products, liaising with internal and external partners as required
  • Perform all other related tasks

Required Qualifications

  • DEC/DEP in Computer Science and Network Management
  • 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Good prioritization
  • Problem solving skills
  • Proactive and autonomous
  • Team player
  • Customer service and solutions oriented
  • Knowledge of English required: In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada

Technical knowledge

  • WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, NAT, Monitoring, RMM
  • Proficiency with LAN/WAN networks (hub, bridges, switches, VLAN, router, CISCO, LTE)
  • Excellent proficiency with Windows (10/11) and Linux (Ubuntu)
  • Excellent computer skills
