Reporting to the Production Team Leader, the producer plans and organizes the day-to-day production activities in connection with advertising contracts, from development and planning, to logistics associated with the printing and delivery of material. The producer works to propose solutions in order to support the execution of the projects of the clients in collaboration with the different suppliers. It manages the approval process, schedules, ensures quality control, while protecting revenues, supporting the company's budget strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Act as a project leader
  • Establishing each project production milestone, schedules and production budgets
  • Evaluate the needs of each project, and negotiate with suppliers, if necessary, agreements that meet the specific requirements of the campaigns
  • Set priorities, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver advertising projects on time, according to pre-set parameters and timeline
  • Supervise the various stakeholders involved (customers, advertising agencies, printers, installers, designers and partners) in order to deliver impeccable results
  • Ensure quality control with stakeholders (proof approval, press release, installation plan, template)
  • Produces , update and/or optimize administrative documents and required work tools (order form, PO, invoices, reports, specs sheets, rate cards, ect)
  • Ensure that we have constructive relationships with our partners and suppliers, and that we understand and respect service agreements with them; any other related tasks

 
Skill requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 year’s experience in print and/or digital production, or any related field
  • Technical knowledge and in-depth knowledge of various printing processes
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing environment
  • Strong organizational, planning, and priority management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once, with tight deadlines, and to deliver on time
  • Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships, communicate effectively, and provide good customer service
  • Good dynamic team player
  • Bilingual spoken and written (essential)

 

Bilingualism is required (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
