Job Description:


Reporting to the Sr. Product Owner, you will be involved in the management of the product lifecycle, from inception through execution and finally, enhancements.  You will work with cross- functional teams to deliver on the product roadmap and deliver highly engaging products to the consumer

Other activities include the management and maintenance of all user-centric requirements across multiple brands on mobile web, mobile products, online sites and emerging platforms. 



  • Break down the high-level features and business requirements into more detailed features, epics and user stories
  • Create and manage the product backlog, representing the voice of the customer throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently
  • Work with the Senior Product Owner to deliver on the product vision  and translate the product roadmap into user stories
  • Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process across multiple domains – prioritising the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
  • Support the development of a prioritized product backlog, including the development of user stories, acceptance criteria and scenarios for the development team to start building software from
  • Be the subject matter expert for the scrum teams, drawing on their broad domain knowledge. Be the go-to person for project development decisions and articulation of requirements
  • Makes independent decisions and takes action within broadly defined practices and procedures helping team achieve the sprint goals
  • Engage in day-to-day activities with the Product development teams. This involves attending daily scrum ceremonies, leading refinement sessions, and engaging with the development team, providing direction and focus.
  • Collaborate with external teams , partners and stakeholders  and decompose high-level information into details

  • Eagerness and ability to tune, tweak and improve a rapidly evolving processes
  • Experience with CI/CD process is a plus


Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
