The Product Delivery Manager main mission is to provide internal users with assistance in using the platforms and tools needed to carry out their work and be the technical point of contact for external vendor projects.

Mostly acting as the technical support agent, the role is vital to the company. The candidate will support internal customers in the use of products and services delivered by the scrum team linked with our vision of “You Build It, You Run It”.

The day-to-day operations will include cross-functional coordination along with multi-tasking on more than one project at a time or multiple aspects of a same project.

 

This job is for a 6 months period.

 

Job Duties/Accountabilities:

  • Support Agent Role
  • Respond to internal user requests
  • Close the request by documenting the solution used and communicating it to the users
  • Redirect the user to the relevant documentation if available
  • Identify the gaps in the documentation, report any dysfunction at the higher level of intervention
  • Redirect the requests to the right responders
  • Identify patterns and trends arising from types of requests and communicate them to system managers

 

Delivery Role:

  • Deliver external vendor projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology
  • Budget Management
  • Ensure all external products and projects are built to an appropriate level of quality for the applicable stage (alpha/beta/production)
  • Oversees the adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all external vendor facing and critical internal systems for the domain

 

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Experience working with and managing digital development projects preferably in the media industry
  • Ability to work directly with clients groups to track and communicate progress
  • Sense of responsibility
  • Good stress management
  • Experience in Budget Management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Diplomatic person with a customer approach
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams
  • Experience working and coordinating with established 3rd party solution providers
  • Experience with JIRA of the Atlassian suite will be an asset
  • Strong experience with a CMS will be an asset

 

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) or equivalent work experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in technical customer service or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fluid and agile environment that involves managing varied responsibilities, and multiple priorities
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong team player who can ensure that commitments and deliverables are met on time

Bilingualism is required (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
