• Develop promotion and creativity media strategies for Bell Media's radio brands;
• Develop and supervise a qualified and motivated work team to achieve the results;
• Manage project quality and monitoring with brand sales and project managers;
• Ensure the sound management of radio and web inventory for brands to maximize the achievement of sales objectives and serve our product well;
• Develop visual strategies in collaboration with the graphic designer for the concepts;
• Ensure consistency and respect for the standards and values ​​of our brands;
• Track partnerships to maximize ROI for our brands (sales, product, audience);
• Maintain close relationships with the various clients as well as with all the internal team stakeholders;
• Write presentation documents;
• Make presentations to clients (internal, external);
• Keep a critical eye on the actions of the department (vision 360) to ensure the consistency of our actions;
• Any other related tasks delegated by his superior.

Required Skills :
• 6-8 years of marketing experience;
• University degree in Marketing or Communication;
• Knowledge of Montreal's Francophone and Anglophone cultures;
• Knowledge of the radio field;
• Strong planning and organizational skills with initiative;
• Experience in team management;
• Strong ability to manage priorities and timelines;
• Leader leading by example with a sense of limitless creativity;
• Ease of teamwork and good interpersonal skills;
• Knowledge of advertising and marketing issues of advertisers;
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, in both French and English;
• Knowledge of the software of the MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure.
