The role of the coordinator is to support Bell Media local sales team in order to offer digital advertising strategies up to our client expectations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and facilitate the proper function of digital advertising campaigns within the various sectors involved internally (instructions, material, credit, billing, various specifics, etc.)
  • Act as the digital expect with internal stakeholders when it comes to creating or modifying a digital contract for Bell Media network sites like RDS.ca, NoovoMoi.ca, iHeart.ca, CTV.ca, etc
  • Manage digital  inventory requests, using Google Ad Managers or other
  • Provide quality internal customer services to our local sales representatives across the Quebec province
  • Work collaboratively with the ad operations department on the many requests such as campaign performance report, account creation, product creation, etc
  • Create and update sales documents, training documents or digital presentations
  • Create the weekly digital sales report or any report needed upon request
  • All other related tasks related to the position

 

Qualifications:

  • College or University degree in administration/marketing/communication or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and ability to learn other software
  • 100% bilingual with strong verbal and written communications skills (English and French)
  • Organized and flexible
  • Able to establish priorities in your workload and respect deadlines
  • Exercise discernment, initiative, creativity and autonomy
  • Able work in team easily
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Experience in customer service, operations or digital ad sales an asset

 

Bilingualism is required (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
