Bell is expanding its network in order to provide customers in Québec’s rural communities with incredibly fast and affordable wireless home internet technology. We are currently seeking an ambitious and energetic Sales Manager.

As manager, you will design and implement a strategy for carrying out the following duties: 

  • Conduct competitive analyses.
  • Focus on achieving the sales objectives established by management.
  • Manage a team of 15 to 20 sales representatives.
  • Support residential sales representatives with WHI sales in the field.
  • Provide representatives with ongoing feedback and coaching.
  • Prepare weekly reports on sales performance.
  • Ensure that project deadlines and deliverables are consistently met.
  • Provide feedback on subjects such as competitive activity, pricing and product acceptance.
  • Use the Salesforce customer relationship management system to manage the sales funnel.
  • Work independently when a significant amount of travel is required to go to rural Québec communities.


Critical Qualifications/Competencies: 

  • At least five years’ sales experience.
  • Experience leading a sales team that specializes in penetrating residential markets.
  • An inspirational and creative sales leader with a proven track record in achieving excellent results.
  • Customer service focus, a team player, collaborative, self-driven, an ability to adapt.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to anticipate problems and identify opportunities for improvement and come up with effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team at the division and corporate level.
  • Ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, written and analytical skills.



Preferred qualifications/competencies: 

  • Three to five years’ sales experience with a history of exceeding targets.
  • Experience managing or supervising a sales team, an asset.
  • Sales experience in the telecommunications field, a definite asset.
  • Ability to use solution- or consultative-based sales techniques.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset



  • A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (mandatory).
  • Availability to work full time from Tuesday to Saturday and to travel as needed.


Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
