As part of the Bell Business Markets team, the Bell TIC team is responsible for implementing advanced solutions for businesses and large organizations. The practice of ICT Contact centers is specialized in the delivery of technical integration projects using advanced technologies.
The desired candidate is an expert in developing, integrating and delivering contact center solutions. they will work as an expert in key delivery projects, as well as collaborate in the definition and delivery of new products. More specifically, they will be in close communication with clients in defining business needs, and will be a key pillar in the programming, integration and delivery of Natural Language and Conversational Robot AI type solutions.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assume an expert role in the delivery of contact center solutions, specifically for Natural Language (NLU/NLP) and Conversational Robot (AI) type solutions, while being involved in conventional projects, such as WFM, WFO and / or RVI Self-service
  • Develop / integrate and deliver cutting-edge technological solutions that will meet the business needs of our customers
  • Perform analyzes of functional specifications
  • Plan solution delivery steps, deployment phases, quality assurance guidelines and collaborate with all members of the project team
  • Collaborate closely with sales and / or project management teams
  • Support the project integration team to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction.


Key Skills:

  • Solid knowledge and work experienced of contact center solutions and product suites in the contact center environment (Ex .: Genesys Pure Engage, Genesys Pure Connect, Cisco UCCE, others)
  • Significant experience (expertise) in the development / programming and integration of Google AI (Dialogue Flow) and / or Nuance Biometrics type solutions
  • Knowledge of any other contact center solutions, such as workforce management, workforce optimization, including omni-channel and analytics.
  • Experience in cloud solution delivery (Amazon Connect, Twillio)
  • Flexibility, mobility and desire to work on different types of projects (design, development, integration and configuration) in different regions of Canada (mainly remote work).
  • Excellent business relationships skills with customers, demonstrating the ability to manage and influence decisions in order to optimize delivery and ensure customer satisfaction
  • VXML, Java, .Net, C, C ++ programming languages, with Golang being an asset.
  • Background in computer science or engineering
  • Database systems (Oracle, SQL)
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English & French, spoken and written.


Bilingualism is required (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
