Position Description:

As a Senior Manager, Cyber Security Operations Centre, you will be accountable for leading, motivating and coaching a team of 30 security experts who operate 24/7. The overarching goal of the team is to ensure our customers have the most secure network. We are looking for a leader with strong people and communications skills who is adept at setting clear goals and inspiring teamwork. The team is accountable for protection and response to cyber events. As such, they review and interpret alerts and system notifications and provide advanced security response, analysis and incident management against industry threats, vulnerabilities and other malicious technological programs with continual review of business needs as well as industry best practices. Additionally, the Cyber Security Operations Centre team is responsible for working with other Bell teams in building, implementing, validating and evolving security components of our customer solutions.

Job Duties/Accountabilities:

  • Inspire and motivate team members towards a common goal 
  • Drive a culture of trust, empowerment and open communications
  • Manage day-to-day operations, cyber intelligence monitoring and threat analysis
  • Drive automation and efficiencies 
  • Hire, mentor and develop staff 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on security controls
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Develop strategies and partner with Business/IT stakeholders to identify, detect and prevent security threats the organization faces



  • Knowledge and experience in Agile and Continuous improvement approaches
  • Excellent coaching, communication and leadership skills with 7+ years as a senior manager
  • Ability to make quick and smart decisions under pressure
  • Good knowledge of CyberSecurity (SIEM Arcsight, Splunk, Nitro / ELK, Tenable, etc.)
  • Bachelor degree in Management, Computer Science or equivalent experience 
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics






Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
