Summary
Bell Canada is pioneering the future of connectivity with the launch of an SRv6-enabled Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) platform. Through our innovative Bell On Demand Network, we are redefining how businesses access, manage, and scale their network infrastructure-delivering agility, security, and performance like never before. To accelerate this transformation, we are seeking a visionary and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our NaaS portfolio, driving product innovation, market leadership, and exceptional customer experiences.
The candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans for our Network-as-a-Service portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of networking, service provider models, and a strong financial and strategic acumen to drive profitable growth and market leadership. You will work closely with Network, sales, marketing, and finance teams to deliver a world-class NaaS experience that meets the evolving needs of our enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and maintain a compelling product vision and strategy for the NaaS portfolio, aligning with the company's overall business objectives and market opportunities.
- Roadmap Development: Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing innovation, customer needs, and technical feasibility, with a strong emphasis on financial viability and strategic impact.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, analyze competitive landscapes, and identify emerging trends to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Financial Modeling & Business Case Development: Develop robust financial models, pricing strategies, and business cases for new NaaS offerings and features, ensuring profitability and sustainable revenue growth.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define and execute effective go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
- Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customers, understand their pain points, and gather feedback to validate product ideas and ensure market fit.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and influence cross-functional teams (Network, IT, marketing, sales, support, finance) to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.
- Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the NaaS portfolio and continuously monitor product performance against financial and strategic goals.
- Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing product management team
Critical Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on networking and cloud services.
- Proven experience in developing and launching successful managed network solutions.
- Demonstrated financial acumen, with experience in financial modeling, pricing strategies, and business case development for technology products.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate market insights and business goals into actionable product strategies.
- Foundational understanding of cloud networking technologies (SD-WAN, SASE, public/private cloud networking, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Bilingualism (English and French) required, both spoken and written
Preferred Qualifications
- IT and Network experience .
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments with complex dependencies.
- SRv6 knowledge
- ServiceNow and Salesforce knowledge
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
