Summary

The BBM Professional Services (PS) team seeks to expand its Planning and Strategy team. Supporting both the Professional Services transformation and the Bell Business Market BBM Strategy, the Senior Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with executives to facilitate strategic planning cycles and deliver transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting directly to the Director, Planning & Strategy, the Senior Manager’s primary responsibilities will be to:
  • Orchestrate the BBM strategic planning cycles in collaboration with the corporate teams
  • Support the identification and sizing of growth and transformation opportunities
  • Analyze markets opportunities and develop comprehensive strategies to capture optimal benefits
  • Prepare high impact presentations and strategic materials for internal communications or C suite discussion
  • Identify ways to support the execution of the strategies
  • Design, implement and deliver business transformation initiatives in the Professional Services environment
  • Help the business to successfully navigate through critical changes and address complex issues

Critical Qualifications

  • Master in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management, and strategic advisory.
  • Great storyteller and presentation builder
  • Strong ability to synthesize information and large data sets.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to develop strong client relationships.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, including formal presentations to senior executives.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • English required: interaction with English speaking stakeholders across Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a Fortune 500 company or top consulting firm is highly desirable.
  • Experience in telecommunications or technology industries
  • Ability to travel as needed to support project and transformation initiative

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
