On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Summary

As part of the Transformation Team, the Project Manager works alongside other key roles such as Business Architects & Analyst, IT groups and AI/UI experts. You will have the overall accountability for ensuring all delivery streams work in a cohesive and optimized way, aligned with business commitments. One of the most fundamental contribution of our digital transformation will be to maintain a clear aims and communication to ensure the team is meeting its timeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with the delivery steams, you will have to:
    • Plan schedules and timelines all in one place with tasks, templates, workflows, and calendars
    • Assign tasks, add comments, organize dashboards, allow proofing and approvals
    • Editing, documenting, and storage of all files
    • Track, assess, and report success through resource management and reporting
  • Maintain the appropriated governance model for:
    • Budget
    • Change Management & Communications
    • Business/IT/external vendors interactions
    • Scope & prioritisation

Critical Qualifications

  • 5 years in IT project/program management and planning
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (BigPicture, Jira, MS Project, etc.) is a strong advantage
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
  • Experience in working within Waterfall and Agile frameworks and practices
  • Ability to coordinate, organizing and monitoring inter-connected deliverables
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate (and build report) appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations
  • Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
  • Strong situational analysis and decision making abilities
  • PMI, AGILE, Prosci (adkar model) and/or LEAN/SixSigma certification is an asset
  • In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada. 
  • As part of the job, this person will be required to produce documents in French & English. 


 

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
