Summary
Are you a dynamic, high-performing sales professional with a passion for cybersecurity and large enterprise-level client success? Bell is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Specialist, Cybersecurity (Bilingual) to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering industry-leading security solutions to Canada's top businesses.
This is a quota-carrying sales role where you will own a cybersecurity revenue target within an assigned base of Canada's largest enterprises. You will be responsible for closing complex cybersecurity opportunities end-to-end, from the initial risk conversation through to contract signature.
Bell is already embedded within many of the country's leading organizations, providing you with access to established enterprise relationships. Rather than relying on cold calls, your focus will be on identifying unmet security needs, uncovering new risk conversations, developing account strategies, engaging the right technical and services resources, and ultimately winning the business.
Working closely with Bell's Core Sales Team, you will leverage existing client relationships to drive cybersecurity growth. While the Core Sales Team owns the overall account relationship, you will own the security number and lead the cybersecurity sales strategy within your assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- A security quota across an assigned large-enterprise account base, with a defined territory and named accounts.
- The full sales cycle — discovery, qualification, proposal, negotiation, close. You run the deal.
- A disciplined pipeline. You forecast accurately, qualify hard, and walk away early from deals that won't close.
- The account security strategy — you decide where the growth is in your book and build the plan to get it, in partnership with the Core Sales Team.
- Executive relationships with CISOs, VPs of IT, and the risk, audit and finance stakeholders who actually release security budget.
- Your presence in the market — industry events, client seminars and trade shows, as someone clients want to talk to.
Critical Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales success with a track record of consistently exceeding quota, ideally in technology or telecom.
- 3+ years selling security solutions into large enterprise accounts. You've owned security deals end to end, not supported them.
- You frame security around business risk, compliance and continuity rather than product specifications - and you're comfortable taking that conversation to a CISO, a CFO, or a board-level audience.
- Working knowledge of the major solution families (SASE, XDR, MDR, network and application security) - enough to build a credible account strategy and hold your own in a first meeting. Our security architects bring the technical depth.
- You know how to create urgency: you find the trigger - an audit finding, a cyber-insurance requirement, a customer mandate, industry movement
- Strong negotiator, disciplined forecaster, comfortable in a CRM and in a structured sales methodology.
- Fluent in French and English, spoken and written. Confident presenter with real executive presence.
- Comfortable in a matrixed organization - you can influence account teams you don't manage and get resources you don't control.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
