Position Description:

The successful candidate will lead teams to deliver Security solutions conception, design and implementation.  At the core of the role is to help lead, manage and elevate the project management practice by working with Network business units along with BCE. The candidate must demonstrate strong communication, consultative presence, team management, and leadership expertise. In addition, the candidate should possess domain knowledge in Security disciplines such as Network Protection, Risk Management, End Point Security, Identity and Access Management and Advanced Threat Protection Services.  This individual will lead a team of Security Consultants to deliver complex Security projects in order to achieve Security and Risk Management objectives. 

 

In addition, the successful candidate will play a key role in the transformation of the project management practice. Therefore, the candidate must demonstrate very good knowledge of toolkit and project management techniques along with creativity in problem solving, rigor, concern for quality, great teamwork spirit.

 

Job Duties/ Accountabilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end cyber security project lifecycle (from initiation to closure)
  • Project management of the scope, delivery team and financials
  • Monitor budgets, deadlines, quality and multidisciplinary team management
  • Oversight of the change management and communication strategy within Network business units (strategies by considering the success factors, constraints and risks)
  • Assist managers affected by changes so that they can properly play their role of change agent within their business unit
  • Review delivery output and participate in key project events as appropriate to help ensure Delivery Excellence
  • Monitoring financial and project health and developing remediation approaches as needed
  • Ensure the operationalization of security solutions and controls following project delivery
  • Monitor the deployment of security controls
  • Provide oversight on the implementation of a project governance structure adapted to change management
  • Analyze stakeholders and the impacts of solutions / services and propose mitigation measures
  • Establish performance indicators with the Bell security team and propose innovative solutions

 

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • 5 to 10 years of recognized experience in project management within an Agile environment, ideally in a context with impact on operations
  • University degree in project management, organizational development, business administration or relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of cyber security or eagerness to learn
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects
  • Comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environment
  • Change agent and cultivate people skills
  • Ability to co-ordinate and mobilize technical teams
  • Good at negotiating and influencing at multiple levels of the organization
  • Demonstrate creativity in problem solving, rigor, concern for quality, great teamwork/ spirit
  • Project management certifications or equivalent experience, broad and flexible toolkit and project management techniques (PMP, Prince 2, Agile, SAFe, MS Project, Jira..)
  • Excellent organization and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication in oral and written English.

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
