What you'll do

As a new graduate in the Media program, you will be immersed in a dynamic environment focused on promoting Bell's products and services and enhancing our brand visibility. The program is built on the four pillars of media: Make, Market, Monetize, and Measure, giving you the opportunity to experience different facets of the industry over 24 to 30 months. 

 

You will be involved in a variety of business-side activities for entertainment and content. A sample of what you could be working on includes: 

  • Creating and managing project plans to ensure the successful execution of programs. 
  • Engaging with project sponsors and stakeholders to align on goals and ensure the adoption of solutions. 
  • Analyzing market influences, trends, and characteristics to drive innovative new business efforts. 
  • Supporting marketing campaigns, content creation, and performance analysis across various media channels. 
  • Assisting with end-to-end sales processes and evaluating performance to help us remain Canada’s #1 media company.

Technical Skills

  • Highly analytical. Ability to leverage data to build insights and recommendations. 
  • Knowledge of or experience with CRM, CMS or marketing automation platforms.

What we’re looking for

We are seeking a media generalist with a strong passion for the industry. You are a skilled communicator and an exceptional problem-solver with a curiosity to understand "how things work.” 

Requirements: 

  • A Bachelor’s or Master's degree or a College/CEGEP diploma in Business or Communications, with a specialization or interest in marketing, media, business analytics, economics, or related fields. 
  • Less than three years of combined professional experience (excluding past internships). 
  • A proven understanding of and passion for media programming, including entertainment, sports, news, and radio. 
  • Leadership qualities demonstrated through extracurricular activities and projects.
