We require a qualified Change Manager. Change mangers are responsible for the overall quality of the Change Management process. The primary objective is enable beneficial changes made, with minimum disruption to a customer’s service.

 

As a change manager, you will be full visibility of all the changes and ensure any risks highlighted, addressed or proactively communicated to the leadership team.

Job Duties/Accountabilities:

  • The successful candidate will be accountable for the following:
    • Ensure all changes follow the defined change management process
    • Educate and advocate the change management process to internal and external parties
    • Provide quality customer service answering customer enquiries and effectively handling any escalations
    • Responsible maintaining strong working relationships with all the operational departments within the Change Management Process
    • Point of escalations for changes at risk
    • Accountable for driving the resolution of roadblocks by engaging appropriate teams required to solve problems in a timely manner. This includes escalating to various levels of management
    • Create, maintain and communicate data required to track all changes

 

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Expert of ITIL Change Management process
  • 3-5 years previous experience as a Change Manager
  • Experience dealing with external customers, managing communications and facilitating meetings/conference calls
  • Strong communications skills and ability to influence and engage cross functional teams
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently within a rapid changing environment
  • Strong problem solving skills and keen business acumen
  • Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel & PowerPoint,)
  • Working knowledge of ITSM tools
  • Working knowledge in MicroStrategy and programming languages

 

Preferred:

  • Knowledgeable of network technologies and services (e.g IP, IPVPN, broadband)
  • Government Security Clearance eligible

 

Bilingualism is an required (English and French)
