On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst to serve as a true strategic hub within the organization. As a collaborative leader, this individual will be responsible for translating complex business challenges into clear functional requirements, driving projects forward, and ensuring that delivered solutions maximize value for end users.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Analysis and Strategy
• Vision Definition: Define the solution vision in close collaboration with stakeholders and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Backlog Management: Manage the entire product backlog lifecycle, including writing, prioritizing, and continuously refining user stories.
• Facilitation of Agile Ceremonies: Lead and facilitate planning, alignment, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure team cohesion and delivery effectiveness.
• Requirements Gathering: Facilitate collaborative workshops to gather, analyze, and challenge business needs, then translate them into clear and actionable functional specifications.
2. Project Delivery and Transformation
• Coordination and Delivery: Coordinate feature development with delivery teams, resolve roadblocks, and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders throughout all project phases.
• Process Optimization: Map current and future-state business processes (BPMN modeling), assess organizational impacts, and recommend improvements to support digital transformation initiatives.
• Priority Management: Manage feature delivery schedules, evaluate change requests, and adjust deliverables based on milestones and evolving business priorities.
3. Quality Assurance and Change Management
• Solution Validation: Collaborate in the development of test scenarios and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the quality and compliance of final deliverables.
• Transition Support: Provide post-implementation support and guidance to users to facilitate solution adoption.
• Incident Management: Contribute to the early identification of operational issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve incidents.
Critical Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record in project management and digital transformation initiatives.
• Agile Expertise: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and delivery management best practices, including backlog management, acceptance criteria development, and work breakdown techniques.
• Tools and Platforms: Advanced proficiency with project management and task tracking tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Process Modeling: Hands-on experience in business process modeling and mapping using BPMN.
• Core Competencies:
o Collaborative Leadership: Proven ability to mobilize and align cross-functional teams around a shared vision and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
o Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to structure complex challenges, synthesize information, and develop pragmatic solutions.
o Impactful Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and technical translation skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences in French and English.
o Proactivity and Resilience: Ability to anticipate project risks, navigate ambiguity, and adapt quickly in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Asset: Recognized certifications in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA) and/or Agile methodologies (CSPO, CSM, SAFe).
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
