Summary
Title: Producer, Bell Media, Non-Mgmt
Position status: Regular– Full-time
Location: 900 D'Youville Street, 1st Floor. Quebec City (QC) – Mobile
Salary: Based on qualifications and experience
Key Responsibilities
- Create audio advertising messages for Bell Media
- Design and adapt radio imaging and audio branding elements
- Import and configure audio in Wide Orbit Automation
- Host clients and partners for recording sessions
- Record content for Bell Media
- Manage approvals and follow-ups with internal and external clients
- Share productions across the network as needed
- Add or remove elements in local logs on the day of broadcast
- Ensure follow-up on missing material when closing logs
- Manage production recording schedules to maximize delivery timelines for new messages
- Identify and understand key elements of radio content
- Provide artistic direction during recordings
- Maintain delivery and follow-up timelines to ensure internal and external client satisfaction
- Remove outdated audio files from broadcast systems
- Provide support for various administrative tasks related to production
Critical Qualifications
- College diploma or relevant experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Audition
- Minimum of two years of experience in radio production
- Strong knowledge of the radio industry
- Creativity and originality
- Organization, attention to detail, and precision
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Team player
- Knowledge of Wide Orbit Automation (an asset)
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
