Key Responsibilities
DIGITAL CONTENT
- Manage and animate the brands' social media pages while collaborating with teams to develop original, engaging content with strong viral potential;
- Execute content strategies across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.);
- Establish and ensure adherence to the content publishing calendar across departments;
- Manage digital content and ensure all publications align with brand standards, editorial guidelines, and digital communication best practices;
- Collaborate with programming teams on the development and promotion of podcast initiatives;
- Respond to subscriber and listener inquiries on behalf of ÉNERGIE 98.9 and Rouge 107.5;
- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics and recommend adjustments to optimize results;
- Conduct ongoing competitive and industry monitoring to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices;
- Stay informed about emerging social media tools, trends, and platform updates;
- Prepare presentations and provide training to hosts and team members on digital strategy, social media features, and best practices to strengthen brand presence.
ADMINISTRATION
- Coordinate the scheduling process and ensure follow-up on vacations, replacements, and online program schedules;
- Coordinate and follow up on remote broadcasts and promotional appearances involving on-air talent;
- Monitor and manage on-air programming priorities;
- Oversee content coordination and follow-up for newsletters;
- Ensure the distribution and scheduling of promotional audio elements supporting programming initiatives and cross-promotional campaigns;
- Provide administrative and operational support for various related tasks, including updating audience rating reports, maintaining programming documentation, monitoring contributor social media activities, submitting facility requests through BGIS, and liaising with suppliers and partners.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain exceptional standards of written and spoken French in all communications;
- Foster strong working relationships with internal teams and stakeholders;
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
- University degree in Communications or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Experience managing, moderating, or creating content for social media platforms;
- Strong creativity, initiative, and innovative thinking;
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines;
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with strong teamwork skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is considered an asset;
- Strong interest in digital media, emerging technologies, and social media trends;
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or outside regular business hours, including periodic monitoring of social media platforms.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
