Position: Promotions Coordinator, Énergie 98,9 & 107,5 Rouge FM

Location: 900 rue d’Youville, Québec, QC

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience



  • Developing and applying on-site marketing strategies
  • Leading a promotional agents team and attend events
  • Redacting on-site activation documents for the promotional agents team
  • Participating in the creation of the training workshops and management tools, and updating the agents team about the brands
  • Redacting activation reports and post-mortems for department-related projects and campaigns
  • Following the on-site action plans (contact the suppliers, help with the display, help setting up, and supervise agents)
  • Supervising the purchases and orders for promotional supplies, clothes, and various articles
  • Being responsible for the cars and their maintenance
  • Contacting winners
  • Being responsible for prizes, contests rules, and the RACJQ winners' reports
  • Managing the budget for activations
  • Establishing and maintaining good relationships with clients, partners, and the radio station teams
  • Creating and using tools to improve time management, budget management, and efficiency
  • While following our brands and goals, submitting creative ideas which will reach new audiences with on-site marketing strategy

You should be able to easily:

  • Coordinate multiple projects at the same time
  • Collaborate to the management of an event's budget
  • Follow closely the different steps of the planning and managing of an event
  • Coordinate services related to the events such as transportation, accommodation, food service, security, registration, and logistic
  • Find suppliers and negotiate products and services for an event
  • Participate in the selection and management of on-site personnel

  • Remarkable ability for closely following projects
  • College diploma or an equivalent
  • People skills and ability to develop and keep good interpersonal relationships
  • Excellent knowledge of French (written and spoken)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license


Preferred skills: 

  • 2-3 years of experience in the experiential marketing domain
  • Knowledge of the radio broadcasting domain (an asset)
  • Knowledge of English (an asset)


Work conditions: 

  • Work schedule: full time, having a flexible schedule and because it often varies, must be available to work days, evenings and week-ends
    • Specifically Tuesday thrugh Saturday


Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
