Responsibilities
- Ensure on-time delivery of projects
- Plan, organize and direct marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, partners and internal teams
- Write presentation documents
- Measure performance and compile results
- Attend selected sponsored events
- Manage sponsorships and social networks
- Manage the budget for various marketing projects
- Establish and maintain good relations with customers, partners and internal teams
- Maintain a competitive watch in a fast-moving market
- In line with our objectives, submit creative ideas, strategies and positioning that will help retain customers and acquire new ones
Critical Qualifications
- 2 years' related experience; Bachelor's degree in communications, administration or marketing
- Dynamic, resourceful and organized
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage priorities and pay close attention to detail
- Creativity and ability to work as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good resistance to stress and working under pressure
- Good autonomy and sense of responsibility
- Ability to handle multiple files at the same time
- Ability to interpret data
- Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Knowledge of English and French, oral and written, in the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English-speaking stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a media or advertising agency
Conditions of employment
- Position attached to the Saint-Hyacinthe office. Must be able to go to Saint-Hyacinthe office
- Full-time position (40 hours/week)
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
