Reporting to the Director of Neighborhood Marketing, the Regional Sales Manager will be accountable for delivering the strategy and execution of such functions as:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Bell Sales Partners to ensure successful execution of all programs
  • Build sales teams across Québec as well as manage and ensure to sustain the success of these teams
  • Ensure achievement of sales and profit targets
  • Prioritizing various sales tactics that will optimize ROI
  • Pricing and Profitability Analysis
  • Primary focus is to meet sales and revenue targets as set by management
  • Provide work direction for Field Sales teams for all Bell products
  • Develop and launch tailored programs
  • Provide sales performance reports on a weekly basis
  • Ensure project deadlines and deliverables are consistently met
  • Provide feedback such as, pricing, product acceptance, etc.

 

Critical Competencies:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales operations with a history of over achievement performance
  • Experienced leading a sales team that specializes in direct sales
  • Inspirational and creative sales leader that posses demonstrated experience driving results
  • Customer Service Orientation, Teamwork, Collaboration, Adaptability and Initiative
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to anticipate problems, opportunities and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a cross functional team at the divisional and executive level
  • Ability to perform with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication, written and assessment skills
  • Previous major account experience
  • Previous management/supervision of a sales team is an asset
  • Solution based or consultative based selling techniques
  • Telecom sales experience would be ideal

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
