Summary
From idea to execution, TSN’s Partnerships team touches on all aspects of creative brand campaigns. We have a dynamic, high-performing team and we’d like you to be part of it! As a Sports Brand Partnerships Account Executive, you will play an integral role in creating and selling integrated sales proposals, while working closely with the Bell Media Sales team to develop and maintain advertising agency/client relationships to ensure all sales targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Design unique, integrated and multi-platform marketing opportunities for clients based on their brand objectives, develop presentation decks to support
- Work with internal teams to develop the concepts and ensure they are approved prior to sale
- Pitch and sell concepts to agency and client contacts, communicating the features, benefits and strategy behind the plan
- Work closely with Bell Media National Account Executives to book media campaigns and proposals
- Initiate conversations, maintain trust and strong working relationships with all key internal stakeholders necessary to execute the program (production, creative agency, legal, talent etc.)
- Work closely with Program Manager by producing a detailed hand-off document outlining key elements of the program, next steps, and providing any necessary support or insight during the program flight
- Provide a high standard of client servicing, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Attend briefings, presentations and hosting as required (virtual and in-person)
- Identify influences, trends and characteristics of the marketplace to prompt innovative new business efforts
Critical Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in media sales and planning, including the selling experience in National Television Sales and the development of integrated programs and delivery of innovative campaigns
- Strong presentation and negotiating skills combined with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem solve, decision making skills and ability to work under pressure of deadlines
- A highly developed client service focus and proven ability with the media and advertising community
- Proven track record of successful media sales promotions, idea generation and project management
- Excellent written and verbal presentation/communication skills
- Financial literacy
- Organized and self motivated
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience and expertise in PowerPoint, Canva and Photoshop
- Knowledge, experience and success in digital and social media
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent from a recognized post secondary institution
- Bilingual English and French a strong plus
