Résumé

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un architecte de solutions cloud et vidéo intermédiaire pour concevoir, faire évoluer et guider la livraison de plateformes vidéo cloud évolutives, sécurisées et rentables. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable des architectures de bout en bout soutenant la diffusion en direct et sur demande, y compris l'ingestion, l'encodage, le packaging, la livraison CDN/edge, la lecture, l'analyse et l'observabilité.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes de l'ingénierie, des produits, de la sécurité et des affaires, en apportant à la fois un leadership architectural de haut niveau et une validation technique pratique. Ce rôle est idéal pour une personne ayant une solide expertise en conception de systèmes infonuagiques qui aime également le prototypage et mettre la main à la pâte.

Principales responsabilités

Architecture et conception de systèmes

  • Définir et documenter des architectures de référence pour les flux en direct et la VSD (ingestion → transcodage/conditionnement → stockage → RDC/périphérie → lecture → analyse).
  • Sélectionner et intégrer les composants infonuagiques : conteneurs/Kubernetes, stockage, bases de données/caches, systèmes événementiels, RDC/périphérie, observabilité, identité/sécurité.
  • Concevoir pour l’évolutivité, la résilience (multi‑AZ/région), la rentabilité et la simplicité opérationnelle via IaC et GitOps.

Pipeline vidéo et lecture

  • Concevoir les flux de contribution/ingestion (SRT/RIST/RTMP), le transcodage/transmuxage et le conditionnement HLS/DASH (CMAF).
  • Évaluer et intégrer les stratégies de codecs (H.264/AVC, H.265/HEVC, AV1), les échelles ABR et les modes à faible latence (LL‑HLS, LL‑DASH, WebRTC/SFU).
  • Développer des stratégies DRM et de gestion des clés (PlayReady, Widevine, FairPlay) avec des services tiers ou un KMS interne.
  • Guider l’intégration des lecteurs (web, mobile, TV) et définir la télémétrie de lecture (temps de démarrage, mise en mémoire tampon, répartition des débits, erreurs).

Cloud et Edge Networking

  • Concevoir des solutions Azure/AWS/GCP (Azure privilégié le cas échéant) utilisant AKS/EKS/GKE, Event Hubs/Kafka, Redis et le stockage d’objets.

Qualifications essentielles

  • Baccalauréat en informatique, en génie ou domaine connexe, ou expérience équivalente.
  • 2 à ans d’expérience en architecture infonuagique ou en ingénierie backend/plateforme, dont au moins 2 ans en diffusion vidéo (direct et/ou VSD).
  • Expérience avec AWS, Azure ou GCP; Kubernetes; IaC (Terraform/Bicep) — préférence AWS.
  • Solide compréhension d’HLS/DASH (CMAF), ABR, DRM, cache RDC, durcissement d’origine, télémétrie vidéo.
  • Expérience en architectures sécurisées : OAuth2/OIDC, secrets/KMS, RDC tokenisé, WAF/protection bot, passerelles API.
  • Connaissance des workflows CI/CD, Git, tests automatisés et promotions d’environnements.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et documentation.
  • Expérience souhaitée : faible latence (LL‑HLS/LL‑DASH), SRT/RIST; FFmpeg, Ateme, Elemental, Harmonic, GStreamer, Bitmovin; multi‑RDC/traffic steering; edge compute.

Qualifications souhaitées

  • Maîtrise des systèmes distribués (pub/sub, événementiel) et du stockage (objets, Redis, relationnel/NoSQL).
  • Vidéo en temps réel (WebRTC, mediasoup/Janus/LiveKit, TURN/STUN).
  • Analyse de qualité vidéo : VMAF, PSNR/SSIM; dashboards QoE (Grafana/New Relic/Mimir).
  • Connaissance des environnements Zero Trust et audits de sécurité (CCS 2, ISO 27001).
  • Les certifications infonuagiques (AWS Solutions Architect, CKA/CKAD, etc.) constituent un atout.

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
