Bilingual Loyalty Representative, Alarmforce

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with the goal of retaining customers
  • Diffuse irate customer situation by utilizing strong listening skills and probing techniques
  • Identify reason(s) for disconnect and overcome objections, using knowledge of AlarmForce’s products and services to make suggestions based on the needs of the customer
  • Track the primary reasons for requests to disconnect service in specific geographic areas by competition and forward the information to the appropriate departments for further investigation
  • Respond to all other customer inquiries related to billing, contract renewals, account changes and other customer service related issues as necessary based on call volume in the Loyalty department

 

Job Requirements:

  • Great communication skills, written and verbal
  • Capacity to problem solve and think quickly
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) is desired
  • 1 year minimum experience in a call center environment
  • Sales experience is an asset
  • Customer care experience is required

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
