Bilingual Sales Representative, AlarmForce

 

The Bilingual Sales Representative will be responsible for answering all incoming calls from prospective customers responding to inquiries in English and French. The Bilingual Sales Representative is responsible for presenting the most appropriate AlarmForce products with a passion and drive sales to potential customers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all front-line inquiries and issues from potential customers 
  • Key-in sales from a variety of sources and follow up with pending customers as required
  • Adhere to sales policy and procedures on every call
  • Capture all relevant information on CRM system to track opportunities and calls through to final disposition
  • Follow up with and respond to requested customer callback’s
  • Conduct needs assessment, explain benefits and convert potential customers
  • Meet monthly activation targets, KPI’s/metrics consistently
  • Stay up to date on all new Bell Smart Home products and promotions in order to best service potential customers

 

Education / Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Undergraduate Degree, preferred
  • On-the-job experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word Etc.), preferred
  • Previous sales experience, beneficial

 

Competency Requirements

  • Bilingualism is a requirement (English / French)
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills
  • Ability to use probing questions to find out precisely what a customer needs
  • Effective listening skills with high level of empathy
  • Able to build value added relationships over the phone with customers quickly
  • Accountability for the accomplishment of set objectives and targets
  • Ability to work independently and stay motivated
  • Solid team player, willing to assist when required
  • Aptitude to multi-task
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment

 

Additional Requirements

  • Able to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekend
