Bell’s forward-thinking Customer Operations team is creating the ultimate service experience for our residential, wireless and small business consumers. We lead strategic development and execution of day-to-day operations, develop tools and processes to drive service enhancements, manage customer loyalty and retention, and leverage big data and artificial intelligence to create intellectual property.


The Channel Marketing Coordinator is a bilingual position (English/French).  The role requires a creative flare, outstanding communications ability, operations business knowledge, a passion for marketing, and the ability to multitask while paying great attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the Channel Marketing team on marketing programs and communications across all lines of business within Loyalty and Retention
  • Research, author and assist in designing messaging with creativity and clarity, executing across multiple platforms such as Agent Suite, Digital Screens and the Channel News Letters
  • Revise and facilitate translation of marketing content as required
  • Track and create reports with key metrics associated with Loyalty and Retention channel marketing and communications
  • Gather feedback and insight through call listening and call centre site visits
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders from across the business units
  • Coordinate with peers within Customer Operations to ensure business alignment
  • Occasional after hours support for urgent communications and high volume periods such as Black Friday and Boxing Day


Key Competencies:

  • Perfectly Bilingual (written and spoken English and French)
  • Post Secondary education in Marketing preferred
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight time frames
  • Good knowledge of call centre operations activities and business realities
  • Good knowledge of Bell policies, tools and processes is an asset
  • Creative and open minded – knowledge and experience with social media, digital marketing and new communication tactics
  • Ability to work with other teams, and employees at all levels to ensure the efficient coordination of tasks
  • Positive attitude, enthusiastic and able to comfortably operate in an ever-evolving & changing environment
  • Flexible to work extended hours when required


Preferred Competencies:

  • Experience in Telecommunications is a strong asset
  • Experience in Channel, Digital Marketing or Communications, preferably in a large organization
  • Excellent project management and organization skills
