As part of the Digital Human Resources team, the HR Intern will assist the Senior HR Consultant (Sr HRC) by providing administrative support to deliver several HR strategic initiatives (examples include: systems data audits, data normalization and implementing new HR technologies, ). A successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of HR functions and concepts, and is tech savvy.


Job Duties/Accountabilities: 

  • Participate  in HR data analysis, data clean-up and data audits projects
  • Coordinate project activities and develop progress reports and presentations 
  • Manage project documentation in our SharePoint system
  • Liaise with various stakeholder to gather information and build a process flow of CMO as it relates to HRIS landscape and or Employee/User experience


Skills we are looking for:

  • Excellent organizational skills, with proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in HR function and terminology
  • Strong attention to detail, as well as analytical and time management 
  • Curious, innovative with a strong team spirit and sense of humour!
  • Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:
  • College/University degree or equivalent; preferably in Human Resources
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills; French language skills are an asset

 

Term:

September 2019 - December 2019

 

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
