Position: Coordinator – Bell Media Communications: Crave, CTV, MuchMusic
Location: Hybrid – Remotely and Bell Media Studios – 299 Queen St. W
Salary: Unifor 723M, Group C Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Duration: Contract Position
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week*

About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Communications Intern to join our dynamic team, supporting internal and external communications initiatives for Bell Media’s English Entertainment content portofolio which includes Crave and CTV. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience, build your portfolio, and network with industry leaders.
Responsibilities
Supporting the publicists for both Crave and CTV PR teams with the following responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Contribute to and execute social media strategies designed to enhance CTV and Crave PR handles
- Content Creation & Editing: Write, edit, and proofread compelling communications materials, including weekly/monthly Crave alerts, screener emails, LinkedIn and Instagram posts
- Content Management: Populate and maintain content on The Lede (our internal content platform) using WordPress, including uploading photo assets and screeners, as well as updating and curation of social media platforms
- Media Monitoring: Conduct daily media monitoring of assigned programs and brands
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports, working with AI tools and Meltwater, for earned media coverage and campaign performance, creating insightful presentations for executive leadership
- Event Support: Assist the communications team in planning and executing events and press days
Qualifications
- Graduate from a in a University/College program specializing in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or marketing
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interest in a career in entertainment communications
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET (with potential for occasional overtime)

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
