Summary

We are seeking a highly meticulous and operationally focused Manager to own the execution of our acquisition, retention, and upsell offers, while concurrently leading the strategy to test and optimize our user flows for maximum conversion with our core DTC services (Crave, TSN, RDS, Starz).  

Reporting to the Sr Manager, DTC Acquisition & Upsell, this individual will be a foundational liaison between our Pricing, Product and Marketing teams to maximize operational efficiencies and optimize our subscriber experience.  

Key Responsibilities

Offer Configuration & Insights 

  • Build, configure, QA, and deploy all acquisition, retention, and upsell offers for our core DTC services 
  • Act as the singular point of contact for all backend offer configuration and logic, driving consistency and streamlining the deployment process 
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on offer performance to identify opportunities and gaps, translating insights into actionable recommendations  

 

Digital Buy Experience & Conversion Optimization 

  • Own the performance strategy for key conversion surfaces, including marketing pages, purchase flows, upsell opportunities, and account management journeys  
  • Identify friction points across the customer journey and recommend improvements to enhance both conversion and subscriber experience  
  • Conduct competitive analyses and implement "test and learn" opportunities to further refine user journeys 
  • Collaborate with Product teams to define requirements and support the development of new features and enhancements 

 

Distribution Initiative Support 

  • Own the end-to-end generation, tracking, and deployment of our promo code distribution strategy 
  • Work with our Partnerships team to support both targeted ad-hoc requests and large-scale distribution campaigns 

Critical Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field 
  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, e-commerce operations, subscription management, or direct-to-consumer streaming 
  • Proven experience with backend pricing/product configuration 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actional insights 
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, cohort analysis) 
  • Track record of cross-functional leadership in a highly matrixed organization 

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
