About Crave

Crave is Canada’s premium entertainment service, offering the best in television, movies, and original programming. We’re looking for an innovative Content Coordinator with strong design and production skills to join our team on a 12-month contract.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

As a Crave Content Coordinator, you will play a key role in producing visually compelling assets and ensuring seamless content delivery across Crave’s digital platforms. You’ll collaborate with brand marketing leads, programming, and design teams to create engaging visuals that elevate Crave content to Canadians. Working closely with the Social Media Manager, you will conceptualize and execute robust content strategies and productions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce digital assets for Crave’s digital platforms
  • Creatively pitch and lead brainstorms for campaigns
  • Work with marketing and programming teams to align creative with campaign objectives
  • Create and edit short-form video content and promotional materials as required
  • Creative copywriting - producing effective, engaging and compelling copy for digital spaces
  • Manage production timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time publishing
  • Coordinate and schedule content across Crave’s platforms
  • Ensure all creative assets and videos meet brand guidelines and technical specifications
  • Stay current on design and video trends, as well as entertainment industry best practices
  • Keep projects on track through clear task lists and effectively communicate project issues and resolutions to leadership

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Graphic Design, Media, Communications, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in design and video production for digital platforms
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for social/digital marketing and creative storytelling, know the latest trends
  • Knowledge of streaming platforms, love of pop culture, and excitement for a career in entertainment
  • Experience in content management/publishing tools, creation, optimization and adaptation in nimble industry

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with motion graphics and animation
  • Copywriting experience in an agency, in-house marketing department, or freelance role
  • Experience with social measurement listening and analytic tools with understanding of KPIs and industry benchmarks
