About the role
Bell Media is modernizing how we bring integrated media solutions to market and how our revenue teams operate. As Director, Sales Enablement, you will architect and lead our end-to-end sales enablement strategy across five pillars—CRM management, go-to-market (GTM), training & design, compensation, and trade marketing—while leading a team of 16 high-performing specialists. This role partners closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, Finance, IT and Data & Analytics to improve seller productivity, pipeline quality, and revenue outcomes.
What you'll do
CRM management
- Own CRM governance: data hygiene, stage definitions, pipeline integrity, and standardized workflows across teams and segments.
- Translate business needs into scalable configuration and adoption plans; lead Admins/Developers on releases, integrations, and reporting.
- Define executive dashboards and seller scorecards; drive usage through coaching, nudges, and playbooks.
Go to market orchestration
- Lead GTM planning to launch solutions, packages, and narratives across Total Video/Audio/Digital; coordinate with Product, Operations, and Sales leadership.
- Build repeatable launch kits (messaging, objection handling, discovery guides) and ensure agency/vertical teams can execute.
Training, learning & design
- Stand up a coherent learning curriculum: onboarding, role based paths, live enablement, and self serve micro content.
- Apply instructional design best practices and measure time to productivity and proficiency gains.
Compensation enablement
- Work with Finance to align plans to behaviors and outcomes; ensure policy clarity, quota setting, SPIFFs, and monthly operations (accruals, disputes, audits).
- Bring rigor with enterprise grade tooling and governance across cycles.
Trade marketing & seller content
- Own sales collateral strategy: narratives, case studies, vertical kits, agency decks, and campaign post mortems.
- Partner with Marketing on field events and communications; ensure materials are current, on brand, and discoverable.
Team leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop 16 enablement professionals across operations, training, GTM, and content; build succession and career paths.
- Establish operating rhythms, SLAs, and intake to prioritize impact work and reduce ad hoc requests.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Sales Enablement/Sales Operations within media, advertising, telecom, SaaS, or adjacent B2B environments; 5+ years leading managers and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Hands-on CRM experience (product owner, governance, reporting); comfort translating business needs into platform capabilities.
- Expertise in GTM planning, instructional design, and field readiness for solution selling.
- Experience operating sales compensation programs in partnership with Finance in enterprise compensation tools
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication; data-driven decision-making and change management skills.
- Bilingual English/French is an asset. In the course of their duties, this person may be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
