We are partnering with world-class technology leaders—including Google, ServiceNow, and Salesforce—to unlock cutting-edge platform capabilities, embed AI across our operations, and boost our agility. We are looking for a customer and technology obsessed leader who can drive our Technology Services strategy and planning function.
Key Responsibilities
As Director, Technology Services Strategy & Planning, you will play a critical role in defining and driving our technology vision through leadership of the following functions:
- Strategic Planning
- Lead bi-annual strategic planning cycles and deep dives, with outputs for C-suite leaders
- Drive cross-functional development, execution and optimization of Bell's Technology Services team strategy
- Define and scale AI-first ways of working and solutions within and across teams
- Lead ongoing cultural transformation across Bell
- Executive Planning
- Develop EVP & SVP presentations for internal strategy reviews and annual board meetings
- Consult on range of other executive materials
- Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with senior management, business unit leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic priorities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of strategists and advisors
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment

Critical Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, management consulting, or a related field.
- Proven experience developing and implementing successful technology strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project management and change management skills, ideally in large-scale transformation
- Experience leading workshops, whiteboard discussions, technology roadmaps, and customer consultations
- Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
