Responsibilities:

  • Manage all technical aspects and copyright protection of Bell Media and Much Studios Multi-Channel Network presence and its content on the YouTube platform, including establishing monetization and claim policies, pursuing infringers and defending copyright claims
  • Establish, advise and oversee the business objectives in development of brand-defining content produced by Bell Media in support of Much Studios
  • Recruit, manage and retain Much Studios Creator talent (YouTube Creators and Social Influencers), including negotiating contract terms
  • Develop and manage individual development plans to further fulfill Much Creator channel and profile growth
  • Advocate for and liaise with internal teams to facilitate Much Studios Creator talent integration into the greater Bell Media ecosystem
  • Drive insights through reporting, analysis and interpretation of Much Studios YouTube metrics
  • Advise all Bell Media brand teams and Much Creators on Best Practices for channels on YouTube, including platform and content optimization techniques
  • Help to drive revenue through brand partnerships by advising on Influencer campaigns, content trends and social distribution

 

Required Competencies:

  • YouTube certification(s)
  • Deep knowledge of YouTube platform and Creator culture
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

 

Assets:

  • Talent management experience
  • Production experience
  • Exposure to legal matters

 

 

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
