Summary

We're hiring a cross-channel Manager, Performance Marketing who shall have ownership of paid media strategy, planning, buying (via in-house agency) and measurement. Collaborating with brand marketing teams, agency and creative teams while reporting into the Senior Manager, Marketing & Media Operations, you will be responsible for growth and performance marketing with the goal of subscriber acquisition, and retention for Bell Media’s entertainment / news and sports brands such as Crave, and TSN.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Lead cross-channel media strategy: Define plans, write briefs, allocate budgets, and set KPIs across Paid Social, CTV/OLV, Audio, Programmatic, and SEM
  • Bridge brand and performance: Architect media investments that drive top-of-funnel lift alongside downstream acquisition, ensuring e icient reach and frequency
  • Drive measurement and experimentation: Run rigorous test-and-learn roadmaps. Partner with agency team on incrementality testing, geo-experiments, and MMM inputs
  • Champion AI and automation: Scale LLM-powered workflows to accelerate creative ideation, streamline planning, and eliminate manual reporting
  • Optimize creative e ectiveness: Partner with brand teams to define messaging frameworks. Leverage rapid testing to iterate on variants and refresh cadences
  • Communicate and influence: Distill complex data into single source-of-truth dashboards to deliver actionable recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years in media/performance marketing with strong digital expertise (Social,Programmatic, CTV) and a track record of managing agencies
  • Hands-on experience with major DSPs (DV360, TTD), social platforms (Meta, TikTok), CTV partners, and verification tools
  • Deep toolkit for funnel diagnostics, incrementality, and attribution (GA4, MMM)
  • Comfortable responsibly integrating platform AI features and LLMs for media ops, creative generation, and analysis
  • An ownership mindset that flexes between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. You move with urgency through ambiguity
  • Experience with managing and developing the skills and knowledge of 1 or 2 direct reports 

Critical Qualifications

  • Experience in entertainment, streaming, or performance-driven DTC brands, ideally combining agency and client-side roles
  • Expertise in MMM, designing geo-experiments, and shaping measurement roadmaps
  • Proven ability bridging brand and performance while partnering closely with brand, creative, and analytics


 

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
