The Retail Execution team plays a key role in the design and execution of the retail channel's short- and long-term objectives. We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented leader to drive key wireless and wireline initiatives, business transformation programs, and the ongoing evolution of our retail systems. This role will be responsible for leading complex projects, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience, and overseeing the support and enhancement of critical retail platforms. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication, analytical, presentation, and critical-thinking skills. This role offers the opportunity to lead transformational initiatives, influence senior executives, and deliver measurable business outcomes through project leadership, system improvement, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the intake, assessment, prioritization, and delivery of strategic projects and initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of retail sales performance, identifying key trends, opportunities, and challenges to build a data-driven channel strategy
- Develop and present persuasive, data-supported recommendations to senior leadership on optimizing the retail distribution footprint, scaling sales performance, and enhancing channel effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, sales effectiveness, and customer experience through technology, AI, and automation.
- Lead the strategy for automating the communication of pricing, promotions, and program updates to retail channels, eliminating manual processes and improving speed to market
- Oversee the maintenance, governance, and optimization of automation solutions.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and effective communication across teams.
- Develop executive presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
Critical Qualifications
- Business degree with 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.A strong aptitude for leveraging technology, AI, and automation not just for innovation, but as practical tools to simplify processes, reduce operational costs, and drive measurable sales outcomes
- Experience leading business process automation or digital transformation projects, particularly within a sales operations or channel communication context
- Demonstrated expertise in retail sales analysis, with a proven ability to translate complex sales data and performance metrics into strategic recommendations for an executive audience.

- Experience balancing diverse stakeholder perspectives and driving alignment.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a bias for action.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including executive-level presentations and business cases.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital transformation or AI adoption programs
- Previous wireless and telecommunications experience is considered an asset.
- MBA is considered an asset.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
