Job Status: Temporary Full Time

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience

Hours of work: 40 hours per week. Overtime as required



The Media Analyst in the Bell Media Agency is responsible for the strategic placement of on-air promotions.  Reporting to the Media Manager, the successful candidate’s responsibilities include:

  • Execute a tactical plan to effectively schedule on-air promotions
  • Promotions maintenance in IBMS
  • Attend weekly production and marketing meetings
  • Initiate promotions delivery notes based on upcoming priorities
  • Create campaigns in GripIt and assign GRP
  • Upload and serve in-house promotional assets to web and mobile
  • Use research info to strategically schedule cross promotion inventory
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Additional duties as required


Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Post-secondary education in broadcasting or a related field, or equivalent experience required
  • Knowledge of IBMS or system equivalent
  • Knowledge of television production process
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work with a wide range of individuals with varying business experience
  • Knowledge of sports events/broadcast





Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
