Summary
Programmatic Account Executive, National Sales will be responsible for supporting their assigned agencies, advertisers and trading partners, meeting revenue & client servicing goals. You will develop a deep understanding of the Bell Media digital platforms, provide business consultation, cultivate client relationships, identify business opportunities and drive revenue across programmatic inventory streams.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual programmatic revenue targets across video, display and audio, and contribute to the overall revenue success of Bell Media.
- Support the development of spend growth through Programmatic Guaranteed, Preferred Deals, Private Marketplace, and Open Exchange opportunities across Bell Media’s owned and operated properties.
- Act as the programmatic sales lead for Bell Media within the determined territory, driving towards incremental revenue over and above current direct relationships and contractually agreed spends.
- Identify, develop and maintain relevant agency/client/partner contacts to build an effective programmatic sales infrastructure.
- Provide quality service, with a focus on top of mind awareness and retention, through regular, relevant and systemic contact with all current and potential customers.
- Consistently monitor deals, performance, troubleshoot setup/delivery issues and offer recommendations for improvement.
- Leverage knowledge of Bell Media digital offerings, data driven insights, and understanding of client KPIs to problem solve together and co-create valuable solutions.
- Be the client’s advocate internally and collaborate with cross-functional teams including direct sales, DSP and monetization teams.
- Help manage, track, and report weekly on all activities and results.
Critical Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Media, Technology or other related field
- 3-5 years experience in digital media sales/ digital media buying and/or programmatic account management (ideally working for a web publisher, ad network, DSP, agency or exchange)
- Strong knowledge of the programmatic ad ecosystem, inventory waterfall and digital ad-monetization
- Understanding of Canada's agency landscape with an emphasis on Programmatic Business Units/Agency Trading Desks
- Demonstrated ability and hunger to achieve revenue targets in a fast paced and changing environment, while working independently
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration amongst teams
- Excellent organisational, relationship-building and communication (written and verbal) skills
