The Multi-dwelling Unit (MDU) Sales team is being expanded to support the significant service footprint expansion and upgrades. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing support to a variety of team members from the world of MDU sales & marketing.

Reporting to the Manager, Channel Operations, the Operations Specialist - MDU will be part of a larger team of enthusiastic, results driven professionals who are dedicated to achieving success through effective relationship management and successful execution of MDU sales initiatives & priorities.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the life-cycle of sales events in the MDU business unit, from booking and pre-planning through to execution and post-mortem follow up.

 

Job Duties/Accountabilities

  • Booking and scheduling of weekly Sales events at MDU buildings across the GTA
  • Ownership of marketing collateral procurement processes and relationships with cross-functional departments, as well as external stakeholders.
  • Budgeting for special events, tracking/monitoring expenses and coordination of sales activations
  • Validation of data for property management companies and maintenance of sales funnel, including analysis of trends in the data and reporting on results.
  • Overseeing multiple sales events at once and acting as the touchpoint to resolve any and all issues that may arise during each.
  • Centralized scheduling for employees including lead listing.
  • Tracking sales results and conducting post-event analysis to gauge effectiveness of events

 

Critical Qualities/Competencies

  • University degree or equivalent education in a business discipline with minimum 3 years experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including intermediate to advanced excel.
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to successfully manage competing priorities
  • Relationship-building ability with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing/constructing budgets.
  • Ability to track and collect data to provide meaningful insights and analysis.
     

 

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
